Different subnets

Hello All,
i have some web application servers and some Apps  servers that i need to load balance with kemp 2400 .
these servers are on different subnets (10.10.10.xx, 192.168.30.xx). And they are both connected to the DMZ zone. what is the best deployment method for this scenario?

These application also connect to the database which runs PostGreSql.

What algorithm best suit this deployment?
