Kemp and two apache servers

Just a general question, is there anything specific that one would need to configure in apache too expect incoming requests through a kemp load balancer?

I have two apache web servers with the same content, so would need requests balanced between the two servers with session affinity kept.Also we need to preserve the host, i.e. requests from clients to http;//myapplication.com are forwarded to either apache web servers using there IP address and the client continues to see the http;//myapplication in their browser.

Any thoughts
